Services & artistry

What do you love most about doing hair and makeup?

I love being able to make people feel just as beautiful as they actually look. Most people get their hair and makeup done for special occasions or when they want their pictures to look even more flawless — that's why these moments matter so much. You deserve to feel extra confident no matter the occasion.

I'm not a big makeup person. Are there different options for how much makeup you put on?

Of course. Whether you want full glam, soft glam, or a natural look, the possibilities are endless. When you send in your inquiry I'll reach out to discuss what you want, and we'll fine-tune it more on the day of.

Why is makeup so important for photography?

A camera is amazing at capturing detail, but sometimes it isn't quite enough. Having your makeup professionally done for pictures is always highly recommended — it creates natural, flawless-looking skin and accentuates your best features. Even if you like the way you do your own makeup, with my photography experience I know what looks best on camera before and after editing.

Do you offer hair and makeup for occasions other than weddings and photoshoots?

Absolutely. Whether it's a birthday, maternity event, anniversary, date night, or any other special occasion — I'd love to help you feel your best for it.

Preparing for your appointment

How long does each service take?

It varies from look to look, but usually about 45 minutes to an hour per service.

Is there anything I need to do before my appointment to prep my skin or hair?

For skin prep, just cleanse and come with a bare face the day of. For hair, depending on the style some updos work better with a blowout done the day before — though that's not mandatory. We'll discuss the best prep for your specific look before your appointment.

Can you come to me for hair and makeup, or do I have to come to you?

I'd be more than happy to come to you. I know wedding and event days can be stressful and I want to make it as stress-free as possible.

Travel, pricing & logistics

Do you charge a travel fee?

Distances greater than 10 miles from my residence carry a $20 travel fee. 15–20 miles is $30. 20+ miles is $40 or more depending on distance.

Is gratuity automatically added to the price?

No, gratuity is never added to your service price — but it's always sincerely appreciated.

Bridal & events

Do you stay for touch-ups during the event?

If you'd like me to stay for hair and makeup touch-ups throughout your day or night, I'd be more than happy to. Touch-up service is $50 per hour.

Is there a maximum bridal party size you can handle?

Since it's just me, it depends on which services I'd be performing. For larger parties I'd be happy to work alongside another makeup artist or hair stylist to make sure everyone is ready on time.
